The original account places this stay at The Laguna Chiewlarn on Cheow Lan Lake. Many of its photographs show two travellers seated around food and drinks at the front of a wooden boat, with cliffs and wooded shores beyond. Other frames show them on a bamboo raft, beside a looping forest vine and in the vehicle. Warm light on the rock faces contrasts with the shaded green water in several of the boat views.
