General Terms & Conditions
 

• Advanced deposit payment or full payment will be charged at time of reservation.

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, orunder other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

• Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email or contact form in the website.

• Rates are charged in Thai Baht. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective creditcard company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations.

Price according to age

​

Infant rate: Babies (0-4 years) = Free

Child rate: Children aged between 4 and 7 years / 50 per cent of the regular price

Adult rate: over 7 years -80 years

​

- Private tour prices are set per person, without considering the age of children.

- The package includes 2 days 1 night, 3 days 2 nights, or 4 days 3 nights, covering accommodation, meals, and transportation.
 

For children to qualify as part of the package, they must be under 7 years old, following the commonly accepted age criteria for tourists.

​Package booking

• Package booking when payment has been made If canceled 50% will be deducted in case of cancellation.

• Cancellation 45 days prior to departure, 40% refund

• Cancellation 30 days before departure: 20% refund

• Cancellation 15 days before departure, no refund

• Package booking If you wish to pay a 50% deposit Then pay the rest in cash on the day of arrival. The deposit will not be refunded in any case.

Tour booking

• Cancellation 15 days before departure, full refund

• Cancellation within 7 days, 50% refund

• Can cancel within 2 days, no refund

​Itinerary

•  All activities as stated in our itineraries are subject to change in the order they are undertaken, depending on the local conditions on the day. Please note all activities are subject to change due to local circumstances.
   

​​Traveler insurance

• All tourists Must send a photo of the first page of the passport that can see the name, address, date of birth to Khao Sok Travel at least 1 day before every trip so that we can insure your travel. according to Thailand's tourist protection law
