General Terms & Conditions
All reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation by Khao Sok Travel Co., Ltd.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected service or package.
All bookings must be secured with a valid payment method. Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers, including Stripe and Omise.
Khao Sok Travel Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any booking in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies.
All amendments or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact form on our website and will only be considered valid once acknowledged by our team.
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). The final amount charged may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank-related fees.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including all applicable cancellation and refund policies.
We operate as a licensed tour operator in Thailand under TAT License No. 34/03189.
Age Policy
Infant (0–4 years): Free of charge (no extra bed or seat provided)
Child (4–7 years): May be charged at a reduced rate depending on the selected program and inclusions
Adult (7 years and above): Full adult rate applies
For certain private or customized packages, pricing may be applied per person regardless of age.
Package Booking Policy
Deposit Payment
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary cancellation by the customer.
Full Payment
Cancellation 45 days prior to departure: 40% refund
Cancellation 30 days prior to departure: 20% refund
Cancellation 15 days or less prior to departure: No refund
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will only be considered valid once confirmed by our team.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method and may be subject to transaction fees and administrative charges.
Tour Booking Policy (Day Trips)
Cancellation 30 days before departure: Full refund
Cancellation 15 days before departure: 20% refund
Cancellation within 7 days before departure: No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact form on our website and will only be considered valid once confirmed by our team.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method and may be subject to transaction or administrative fees.
Force Majeure & Fuel Policy
In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Khao Sok Travel Co., Ltd., including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, transport disruptions, fuel shortages, or other unforeseen events, the company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services without prior notice.
Customers acknowledge and accept that such circumstances are beyond the company’s control, and no liability shall be imposed on the company.
Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational feasibility and third-party supplier conditions.
